KWS SAAT AG supports the goals of the German Corporate Governance Code – responsible, value-oriented and transparent corporate governance - and has firmly integrated these goals in its company guidelines.
The Executive Board and Supervisory Board have dealt in considerable detail with the code. KWS SAAT AG complies with its recommendations, with only a few exceptions specific to the company and its industry.
