ANNOUSCHKA KWS
For the Strongest BCN Performance
- Beet Cyst Nematode (BCN) tolerant
- Rhizo resistant
- High levels BCN tolerance
- Two seasons of outstanding commercial performance
Growers who have moderate to high levels of BCN infestations should look no further than Annouschka KWS.
Annouschka KWS offers a high level of tolerance to BCN. Combine this with rhizomania resistance - ensuring Double Protection – and Annouschka KWS has to be a key variety where both are issues.
Annouschka KWS was bred specifically for use in soils infested with BCN. We recommend that it is grown where BCN levels in fields assessed in the autumn, prior to planting, reach 2 eggs and larvae per gram of soil and above.
While Annouschka KWS’ yields are 6% lower than controls, field trials confirm that where BCN is an issue, farm yields are 20-30% higher through choosing the variety. So, for peace of mind and to ensure bankable yields under BCN attack look to the ‘Double Protector’.
